Observations: This is a ultra rustic style board - its has some large natural features of  cracks and sap veins. This board is best used for bread / dry goods or other uses around the home. 

We offer up our ultra rustic pieces in the hope that someone will love their natural features. As much love and care has gone into making this board and sourcing the timber as all of our other boards - these just show the true nature of a living thing - imperfection!

Each piece is unique, showcasing the character and individuality of the wood. If you’re looking for a perfectly smooth, uniform piece of timber, this may not be the right product for you. Wood of this size without natural features is incredibly rare, and we choose to celebrate the natural beauty of each piece just as it is.   Our boards are finished in our Organic Board Wax, which is made from organic jojoba oil and organic beeswax. We have tins of our Organic Board Wax available to add to your order to help maintain and care for your board.
